Where can i adopt a baby?

i want to have a chinese baby because they are intelligent and a black baby from africa to train him to be a pro in some sport and get millions.the black baby will be like my slave until he gets good in some sport and if he doesn't succeed i have the chinese kid that can create a cure for cancer or be a million er with some other job.i will not treat them bad they will get some ps3 and xbox because they are a investment. i don't want girls they get pregnant and ruin their life,well but i can get 10 girls and become a pimp but it takes time.
