Anxiety/Depression Problem Please Help?
Well, in all honesty everyone's been in a position somewhat like that before, having hurt feelings over words that someone says. It's only natural that you and your personality would react that way, since most people have different reactions. But, if you'd like go be stronger emotionally, then you should do these two things. 1: Take it as life experience and try to embrace it, since everybody has flaws as well. Without flaws, life wouldn't be too much fun anyways. Trying to get over your flaws is the key, or (as I said before) embrace them and try to focus on your positive traits. For example, you could ask your friends what they think is good about you. 2: Take up a sport. Although it sounds like something for your body strength, it's also for the mind. To calm it, and wash away worries. Either that or you could take up a hobby. All in all though, don't let it get to you, because wether your a good person or not is the only thing that matters in my opinion. Keep Fighting! ^_^ -b
