Do Anyone Know The Name of This Website?

Hello, I am looking for a tv ad that I have seen in the last days. I live in Argentina but last week i was on vacations in Chicago, and I saw a TV ad about a website. I dont remember the channel or the name of the website, but I remember that it was an interview to the websites creator (a women) or someone important in the company. I believe that the ad main color was green and that the website was about hiring jobs and reviewing them, but im not so sure about that. So if you can tell me the name of it I would be very grateful.
