"Paper Pregnant"? How does adopting a child make you pregnant in any way?

Not sure how that works---Bur I can tell you for a Fact I've known many couples going into foster care to foster and /or adopt coming up pregnant in months or a yr or two later. This has happened time After time after time to people I know. I think they take the pressure from one place and put their interests somewhere else---into fostering. It does work that way many times!!!!!!!
