Friend is acting strange, at least it seems that way to me?

Hi, I have had a friend from nursing school when I was working as a tutor I met her when tutoring her in her math. In the begging we got together almost every weekend, it was a lot of fun. Then very slowly, about a year later she doesn't call or message. She does have two kids and a finance, I am married but no kids. I graduated a few months before her so we had not done much together once I graduated and started a new job. I didn't text her much but neither did she. Sometimes I text but no reply just to say hi. Recently she just kept asking me for favors over and over. So it made me made. I never said anything though because I still thought that she was a real friend. Anyhow, I finally told her today that her only asking me for favors made me feel bad about things so she said that she's sorry she didn't realize she was doing that and best of luck to me. Whatever, I told her I didn't mean we couldn't friends anymore, just thought that she was taking advantage of my kindness. What to do just forget it? She didn't say anything after that. Friendships are very confusing to me.
