How do I deal with a rude superviors?

I'm 16 I just started my new fast food job, it is all teenage girls working here the supervisors are girls they are young like around their 20s in college. Anyways in training they give me such attitude idk why? i make mistake and this one supervisor make faces I see her, she talks to me all sassy like I'm stupid.I usually just kill them with kindness and keep going but sometime it's too much.
