For the love of God please answer this!?

Ok, so we are both 16 and she is my first girlfriend. She has only dated one other guy, but it wasn't serious and it was back in grade 9. So, we have been going out for a little over a week and been on two real dates. We have been really good friends before we were dating for almost 7 months so it wasn't really jumping into something super surprising or new, seeing as how we were already very comfortable with eachother before we started dating. Last week, us and our friends got together and drank. The next morning I check my phone and there is a text saying that she really wanted to kiss me, but wanted our first time to be sober for both of us. This wasn't a drunk text, but she also isn't a whore and I don't want to make a move and have it be too soon for and complicate our relationship unnecessarily. So, how long should I wait. I don't want her to get impatient, but also don't want to jump the gun. If she wants to, will she maybe make the first move or is that up to me?
