Can someone please help me with my punctuation, PLEASE?
At the same time as this I have joined the Open Universities Psychological Society which I’m deeply enthusiastic about. I’m hoping to attend an applied psychology conference at Warwick University during the summer. This will prove an invaluable experience as I will have the opportunity to find out about the latest research being undertaken from experts in their chosen field. Furthermore, I am interested in hearing more about the developmental neuropsychology of autism spectrum disorder which I am particularly interested in, 'Development of childhood anxiety disorders: which will link the science with the practice’, the challenges deaf children face in learning to read and write, Problems faced by children with working memory difficulties and how these children can be identified and assisted; this also interests me as I personally feel that it’s absolutely crucial to identify and understand children who experience poor short term memory problems. This is because these children must not be misunderstood as this will have negative effects on their self confidence; leave them struggling unnecessarily which will ultimately result underachievement. At the same time I look forward to discovering more about Meiser-Stedman’s research into children with PTSD.
